     525.662 Confirmation.  

    Upon making a sale or lease, the guardian or conservator 
 shall file a report thereof.  Upon proof of compliance with the 
 terms of the order, the court may confirm the sale or lease and 
 order the guardian or conservator to execute and deliver the 
 proper instrument.
