     473I.01 Definitions. 


    Subdivision 1.    Application.  The definitions in this 
 section apply to sections 473I.01 to 473I.13. 


    Subd. 2.    Municipality.  "Municipality" means a 
 statutory or home rule charter city in the metropolitan area, as 
 defined in section 473.121, subdivision 2. 


    Subd. 3.    Commission.  "Commission" means the 
 metropolitan sports facilities commission as defined in section 
 473.551. 


    Subd. 4.    Commissioner.  "Commissioner" means the 
 commissioner of finance.
