     18E.06 Report. 

    By December 1 of each year, the agricultural chemical 
 response compensation board and the commissioner shall submit to 
 the house of representatives committee on ways and means, the 
 senate committee on finance, the house of representatives and 
 senate committees with jurisdiction over the environment, 
 natural resources, and agriculture, and the environmental 
 quality board a report detailing the activities and 
 reimbursements for which money from the account has been spent 
 during the previous year.
