     69.32 City clerk to file report with commissioner. 

    The clerk of each city of the first class having a 
 firefighters' relief association shall, on or before March 1 
 each year, make and file with the county auditor and the 
 commissioner a certificate stating the existence of the 
 firefighters' relief association and any other information the 
 commissioner or auditor may require.
