     525.60 Termination. 

    Subdivision 1.  The guardianship or conservatorship of an 
 adult ward or conservatee shall terminate upon death or upon the 
 ward's or conservatee's restoration to capacity.  When there is 
 no further need for any guardianship or conservatorship, the 
 court may terminate the same upon notice as it may direct.  
 Termination does not affect a guardian's or conservator's 
 liability for prior acts, nor the obligation to account for 
 funds and assets of the ward or conservatee.
