     355.391 Definitions. 

    Subdivision 1.    Terms.  Unless the context indicates 
 otherwise, for the purposes of this section and section 355.392, 
 the terms defined in this section shall have the meanings given 
 to them.  

    Subd. 2.    Enabling Act.  "Enabling Act" means sections 
 355.01 to 355.07.  

    Subd. 3.    Judge.  "Judge" means any person who is a 
 judge within the meaning of section 490.121, subdivision 3.  

    Subd. 4.    Employing unit.  "Employing unit" means the 
 state.
