     336.11-107 Transition provisions as to priorities. 


    Except as otherwise provided in article XI, Minnesota 
 Statutes 1971, Chapter 336 shall apply to any questions of 
 priority if the positions of the parties were fixed prior to 
 January 1, 1977.  In other cases questions of priority shall be 
 determined by chapter 336 as amended by Laws 1976, Chapter 135.
