     60A.963 Service of process; nonresident licensing. 


    Subdivision 1.    License.  A nonresident of this state 
 may be licensed as a viatical settlement provider upon 
 compliance with all provisions of sections 60A.961 to 60A.974. 


    Subd. 2.    Service of process.  Section 45.028 applies 
 to service of process upon a viatical settlement provider.
