     238.12 Rates. 

    Subdivision 1. Repealed, 1982 c 515 s 8 

    Subd. 1a.    Franchise ordinance.  The procedures for 
 establishing all rates shall be set forth in the franchise 
 ordinance.  Rates charged by a cable communication company may 
 be set forth in the franchise ordinance by the municipality.  
 The franchise ordinance shall specify the current rates or in 
 the alternative shall provide that the current rates and charges 
 be available for public inspection in the municipality.
