     93.32 Sufficiency of notice.  

    The affidavit of the party making such personal service and 
 the affidavit of the publisher of the newspaper, accompanied by 
 a duplicate original of the notice, together with the affidavit 
 of the coowner making the payment that the delinquent has not 
 paid the amount due under the notice within the time herein and 
 in the notice specified, with the names of the other coowners, 
 if any, who during the ten days contributed their proportionate 
 share thereof, may be filed in the office of the commissioner 
 and shall constitute conclusive evidence in all courts and 
 proceedings of the matters therein stated, except as to such as 
 may be proven to be untrue.  The commissioner shall receive, 
 file without charge, and safely keep the foregoing and all 
 thereof, which shall be open to the inspection of any one 
 interested therein.
