     504A.401 Form of verdict. 

    The verdict of the jury or the finding of the court in 
 favor of the plaintiff in an action under sections 504A.301 to 
 504A.415 must be substantially in the following form: 

    At a court held at ....., on the ..... day of ....., 
 ......., before ....., a judge in and for the county of ..... in 
 an action between ....., plaintiff, and ....., defendant, the 
 jury (or, if the action is tried without a jury, the court) 
 finds that the facts alleged in the complaint are true, and the 
 defendant shall vacate the property immediately.  

    .....................  

    Judge of .............court. 

    If the verdict or finding is for the defendant, it is 
 sufficient to find that the facts alleged in the complaint are 
 not true.
