     414.051 Board's review of townships according to 
  population. 

    After each federal census the board may determine the 
 townships which have a population in excess of 2,000 exclusive 
 of any municipality or part of a municipality within the 
 township and make recommendations which it deems necessary and 
 reasonable to the board of any such township.
