     18E.06 Report to water commission. 

    By September 1, 1994, and each year thereafter, the 
 agricultural chemical response compensation board and the 
 commissioner shall submit to the house of representatives 
 committee on ways and means, the senate committee on finance, 
 the environmental quality board, and the legislative water 
 commission a report detailing the activities and reimbursements 
 for which money from the account has been spent during the 
 previous year.
