     566.27 Owner's right to collect rent suspended.  

    When an administrator has been appointed pursuant to 
 section 566.25, clause (c), any right of the owner to rent 
 moneys from the time of judgment or service of judgment as set 
 out in section 566.21 shall be void and unenforceable until the 
 administration is terminated.
