     566.10 Disagreement.  


    If the jury cannot agree upon a verdict, the court may 
 discharge them, and issue a venire, returnable forthwith, or at 
 some other time agreed upon by the parties or fixed by the 
 court, for the purpose of impaneling a new jury.
