     123.937 Limit on district obligations. 

    If the amount appropriated for purposes of sections 123.931 
 to 123.937 for any year is not sufficient to make the payments 
 required pursuant to sections 123.931 to 123.937 for that year, 
 then no school district or intermediary service area is required 
 to expend an amount pursuant to sections 123.931 to 123.937 for 
 that year which exceeds the amount of the payments it receives 
 pursuant to sections 123.931 to 123.937 for that year.
