5230.0090 EXAMINATION OF APPLICANTS FOR COMPETENCY LICENSES.

Subpart 1.

Contents.

Examinations shall consist of written questions and drawings of plans and sketches, except that when an applicant has a disability and is unable to provide a written examination, the examination may be entirely oral. All questions and sketches shall pertain to practical experience and knowledge of pipefitting and be standard, but may be changed from time to time.

Subp. 2.

Subp. 3.

Test results.

Applicants shall be notified of the outcome of their examination after their examination has been scored. The notice to those who failed to pass shall inform them that: (1) they cannot retake the examination until at least one month after the date of the failed examination; and (2) they will need to submit a new application and examination fee before retaking the examination.
