2201.0100 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE.

The July 27, 2005, Regulatory Guidelines promulgated by the Association of Boxing Commissions, 300 South Lenola Road, Maple Shade, New Jersey, 08052-3435, is incorporated by reference and made part of this chapter except as qualified by this chapter and Minnesota Statutes, chapter 341. The Regulatory Guidelines are not subject to frequent change and a copy is available in the Office of the Boxing Commission, or through the Minnesota statewide interlibrary loan system or in a public library. Portions of this chapter may reproduce text from the Regulatory Guidelines. In the event of a conflict between this chapter and the regulatory guidelines, this chapter will govern.
