9810.1002 APPEAL.

For any contested hearing under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 342, the Office of Administrative Hearings is the agent authorized under Minnesota Statutes, section 342.21, subdivision 2, to conduct hearings, receive evidence, administer oaths, and examine witnesses. The hearing record in such cases must be developed according to parts 1400.5010 to 1400.8401 and Minnesota Statutes, sections 14.48 to 14.62.
