8205.1030 SIGNING PETITIONS.

Subpart 1.

Applicability.

This part applies to any petition required for any election in this state, including nominating petitions, recall petitions, and proposed recall petitions.

Subp. 2.

Required information.

The person signing the petition shall complete the signature date, name, year of birth, and residence address lines on the petition.

Subp. 3.

Signing by disabled person.

A person physically unable to complete the petition may ask another for assistance.

Subp. 4.

Signing only once.

A person may sign a petition only once.
