8205.1020 CIRCULATING PETITIONS.

Subpart 1.

Applicability.

This part applies to any petition required for any election in this state, including nominating petitions, recall petitions, and proposed recall petitions.

Subp. 2.

Photocopies.

Petitioners may circulate photocopies of a sample petition page.
