7810.8100 PURPOSE.

The purpose of parts 7810.8100 to 7810.8815 is to describe the filing requirements for telephone companies under the jurisdiction of the commission for:

A.

tariffs, price lists, and new service offerings under Minnesota Statutes, sections 237.06 and 237.07;

B.

rate changes including general rate changes under Minnesota Statutes, section 237.075; and

C.

miscellaneous tariff changes under Minnesota Statutes, section 237.63.
