7001.4310 SCOPE.

Subpart 1.

Applicability.

Parts 7001.4310 to 7001.4390 apply to laboratories required to be certified under Minnesota Statutes, section 115.84, except as excluded in subpart 2.

Subp. 2.

Exclusions.

Certification under parts 7001.4310 to 7001.4390 does not apply to:

A.

laboratories that are private and for-profit;

B.

laboratories that perform drinking water analyses;

C.

laboratories that perform analyses for agency programs under Minnesota Statutes, chapters 115B and 115C; or

D.

laboratories that are certified under another similar program, such as that of the Minnesota Department of Health.
