6400.6710 LICENSEE RESPONSIBILITIES.

Each licensee shall:

A.

comply with the laws of Minnesota and the rules of the board and other Minnesota state agencies regarding licensure as a nursing home administrator or health services executive and operation of a nursing facility in Minnesota;

B.

provide notice to the board within five working days of any change in mailing address or telephone number pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 13.41, subdivision 2, paragraph (b);

C.

provide notice to the board within five working days of any change in employment as a nursing home administrator or health services executive for a nursing facility;

D.

provide notice to the board within five working days of the occurrence of any reprimand, restriction, limitation, condition, revocation, suspension, surrender, or other disciplinary action or the bringing of charges against any license the licensee holds as a nursing home administrator, health services executive, or other health care professional in Minnesota or any other jurisdiction; and

E.

cooperate with the board by providing data, reports, or information requested by the board and complying with requests to attend conferences, meetings, or hearings scheduled by the board concerning license renewal or complaint investigation and discipline.
