6116.0060 WAIVER.

The commissioner may waive any provision of parts 6116.0010 to 6116.0040, when there is:

A.

an emergency involving either:

(1)

an unanticipated winterkill of a desirable fish population; or

(2)

ice movement causing property damage; and

B.

acceptable alternative means of meeting the provisions of parts 6116.0020 to 6116.0040 have been provided by the applicant.
