5530.0610 ARBITRATOR QUALIFICATIONS.

Subpart 1.

Advocacy disqualification.

A roster member may not advocate for a public- or private-sector employer, employee, or employee organization in labor management relations.

Subp. 2.

Residency requirement.

To be eligible to remain on the roster, a roster member must comply with part 5530.0600, subpart 5.
