5505.0900 DETERMINING REPRESENTATIVE.

After the hearing, the commissioner must determine:

A.

who are the representatives of the employees for collective bargaining; or

B.

the method for determining who will be the representatives as provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 179.16, subdivision 2.
