4732.0300 EXEMPTIONS.

This chapter shall not apply to:

A.

any radioactive materials;

B.

domestic television receivers, provided the dose rate at five cm from any outer surface of ten cm² is less than 0.5 mrem per hour; and

C.

radiation sources specifically designated by the commissioner as exempt by virtue of being known to be without hazard to health.
