4626.1777 DENIAL OF APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; NOTICE. 8-303.30

If an application for a license to operate is denied, the regulatory authority shall provide the applicant with a notice that includes:

A.

the specific reasons and Code citations for the license denial;

B.

the actions, if any, that the applicant shall take to qualify for a license; and

C.

advising the applicant of the applicant's right to appeal and the appeal process and time frames that are provided by law.
