4626.1755 LICENSE REQUIRED. 8-301.11

A.

A person shall not operate a food establishment without a valid license to operate issued by the regulatory authority._P2

B.

The license must be posted in a location in the food establishment that is conspicuous to consumers.

C.

A license must not be transferred from one person to another person, from one food establishment to another, or from one type of operation to another._P2

D.

A void license must be surrendered to the regulatory authority immediately by anyone in possession of it.
