4626.1660 EMPLOYEE MEDICINES; RESTRICTION AND STORAGE. 7-207.11

A.

Only those medicines that are necessary for the health of employees may be allowed in a food establishment. This part does not apply to medicines that are stored or displayed for retail sale._P2

B.

Medicine that is in a food establishment for an employee's use must be labeled as specified in part 4626.1590 and located to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles._P1
