4626.1400 EXTERIOR WALLS AND ROOFS; PROTECTIVE BARRIER. 6-202.16

A.

Except as specified in item B, perimeter walls and roofs of a food establishment must effectively protect the establishment from the weather and the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.

B.

A food cart, special event food stand, temporary food establishment, retail vehicle, portable structure, or cart must provide protection during adverse weather by its construction or location. Food activities must cease if protection fails.
