4626.1330 OUTDOOR SURFACES; CHARACTERISTICS AND MATERIALS. 6-102.11

A.

Outdoor walking and driving areas must be surfaced with concrete, asphalt, gravel, or other materials that have been effectively treated to minimize dust, facilitate maintenance, and prevent muddy conditions.

B.

Exterior surfaces of buildings and mobile food units, seasonal permanent food stands, and retail food vehicles must be of weather-resistant materials and must comply with law.
