4626.1315 RECEPTACLES OR VEHICLES. 5-502.12

Refuse, recyclables, and returnables must be removed from the premises by way of:

A.

portable receptacles that are constructed and maintained according to applicable state laws and rules; or

B.

a transport vehicle that is constructed, maintained, and operated according to applicable state laws and rules.
