4626.1215 APPROVED SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. 5-403.11

Sewage must be disposed through an approved facility that is:

A.

a public sewage treatment plant;_P1 or

B.

an individual sewage disposal system that is sized, constructed, maintained, and operated according to chapters 7080 and 7081._P1
