4626.1030 WATER SYSTEM. 5-104.11

Water must be received from the source through the use of:

A.

an approved public water main regulated under chapter 4720;_P2 or

B.

one or more of the following means that must be constructed, maintained, and operated according to applicable state laws and rules:

(1)

a nonpublic water main, water pumps, pipes, hoses, connections, and other appurtenances that comply with chapters 4714 and 4720;_P2

(2)

water haulers that comply with parts 4720.4000 to 4720.4400;_P2 or

(3)

water tanks that comply with parts 4626.1135 to 4626.1175 and 4720.4300 to 4720.4400._P2
