4626.1010 WATER SAMPLE REPORT; NOTIFICATION AND RETENTION. 5-102.14

A.

The most recent report of water quality shall be retained on file in the food establishment and the report shall be maintained as specified in chapter 4720.

B.

The licensee of a food establishment with a nonpublic water system shall notify the regulatory authority of the failure to comply with national primary drinking water regulations as follows:

(1)

within 48 hours for nitrate;_P2

(2)

within 24 hours for total coliform;_P2 and

(3)

immediately when the result is known for E. coli._P2
