4626.0755 WAREWASHING MACHINE; MANUFACTURER'S OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS. 4-501.15

A.

A warewashing machine and its auxiliary components must be operated according to the machine's data plate and other manufacturer's instructions.

B.

A warewashing machine's conveyor speed or automatic cycle times must be maintained accurately timed according to manufacturer's specifications.
