1311.0301 SECTION 301, COMPLIANCE METHODS.

Subpart 1.

Section 301.1.1 Prescriptive compliance methods.

IEBC section 301.1.1 is amended to read as follows:

301.1.1 Prescriptive compliance methods. Repairs, alterations, additions, or changes of occupancy complying with chapter 4 of this code shall be considered in compliance with the provisions of this code.

Subp. 2.

Section 301.2 Additional codes.

IEBC section 301 is amended by adding a subsection to read as follows:

301.2.1 Window cleaning anchors. Building anchors for window cleaning safety shall comply with the Minnesota Building Code.

301.3 Replacement windows. Replacement windows shall comply with the Minnesota Building Code.
