CHAPTER 82--H.F.No. 959

An act

relating to health licensing; making the medical faculty license permanent; appropriating money;

repealing Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 147.0375, subdivision 7.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

APPROPRIATION.

$1,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $1,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the state government special revenue fund to the Board of Medical Practice for licensing activities under Minnesota Statutes, section 147.0375.

Sec. 2.

REPEALER.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 147.0375, subdivision 7, is repealed.

EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective the day following final enactment.
