     62G.02 Purpose. 


    It is the purpose of sections 62G.01 to 62G.25 to promote a 
 wider, more economical and timely availability of legal services 
 for the people of Minnesota, through nonprofit, prepaid legal 
 service plans and to regulate the formation, continuation, 
 operation, and termination of legal service plans by reasonable 
 and practical standards of administration, investment, surplus 
 and reserves.
