524.4-205 POWERS.
At any time after the expiration of 60 days from a domiciliary foreign personal
representative's filing in accordance with section 524.4-204 such domiciliary foreign personal
representative may exercise as to assets in this state all powers of a local personal representative
and may maintain actions and proceedings in this state subject to any conditions imposed upon
nonresident parties generally. The power of a domiciliary foreign personal representative under
this section shall not be exercised if a resident creditor of the nonresident decedent has filed a
written objection thereto within 60 days from the domiciliary foreign personal representative's
filing in accordance with section 524.4-204.
