     18.67 Appropriation; acceptance of funds.  

    There is hereby appropriated out of the general fund in the 
 state treasury to the Department of Agriculture for the purposes 
 of sections 18.62 to 18.71 during the biennium beginning on July 
 1, 1969, the sum of $29,000.  The Department of Agriculture 
 shall have credited to its account in the state treasury the 
 amount or amounts of any payments made to this state to defray 
 the cost of such program, or any part thereof, or as 
 reimbursement thereof, and moneys so credited are appropriated 
 to the Department of Agriculture for the purposes of sections 
 18.62 to 18.71.
