The commissioner may by rule set size limits and prescribe conditions for the taking, possession, transportation, sale, and purchase of mussels.

A person may only harvest mussels by handpicking.

Mussels and clams may be possessed, bought, sold, and transported in any quantity during the open season and seven days after the season closes.
