308B.951 FILING CLAIMS IN COURT-SUPERVISED DISSOLUTION PROCEEDINGS.

Subdivision 1.Filing under oath.

In proceedings to dissolve a cooperative, the court may require all creditors and claimants of the cooperative to file their claims pursuant to section 576.49. The receiver or any party in interest may object to any claim pursuant to section 576.50.
