299E.005 DEFINITIONS.

Subdivision 1.Scope.

For purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given.

Subd. 2.Capitol Area.

"Capitol Area" has the meaning given in section 15B.02.

Subd. 3.Commissioner.

"Commissioner" means the commissioner of public safety.
