256D.63 SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

Subdivision 1.

MS 2022 [Repealed, 2023 c 70 art 10 s 98; art 17 s 63]

Subd. 2.SNAP reporting requirements.

The commissioner of human services shall implement simplified reporting as permitted under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, as amended, and the SNAP regulations in Code of Federal Regulations, title 7, part 273. SNAP benefit recipient households required to report periodically shall not be required to report more often than one time every six months.
