256D.08 EXCLUSION FROM RESOURCES.

Subdivision 1.Eligibility.

To establish eligibility for general assistance under this chapter, an agency must use the procedures established in section 256P.02.

Subd. 2.

Subd. 3.Verification.

To verify eligibility for general assistance under this chapter, an agency must use the procedures established in section 256P.04.
