204B.065 CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN DATA.
§
Subdivision 1.Definition.
For purposes of this section, "street address" means the name or number of the building, the name of the street on which the building is located, and any unit number.
§
Subd. 2.Data classification.
Street address data of individual candidates on an affidavit of candidacy or nominating petition submitted prior to May 1, 2026, is classified as nonpublic data, as defined in section 13.02, subdivision 9, or as private data on individuals, as defined in section 13.02, subdivision 12.
