198.001 DEFINITIONS.

Subdivision 1.Scope.

For the purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.

Subd. 2.Resident.

"Resident" means a person admitted to any of the Minnesota veterans homes.

Subd. 3.

Subd. 4.Administrator.

"Administrator" means an administrator of any of the Minnesota veterans homes.

Subd. 5.Commissioner.

"Commissioner" means the commissioner of veterans affairs.

Subd. 8.Home.

"Home" means any of the Minnesota veterans homes.
